Description
Meet Angie! At 8 months old and just over 40 pounds, she's playful, curious and absolutely convinced that every person she meets is interested in her! So if you're looking for a family dog who respects personal space, Angie would like to apologize in advance. Wherever you are is exactly where Angie thinks she should be. Making coffee? Angie is supervising. Walking to the bathroom? Angie has decided that's a group activity. She adores her people, loves children, and hands out kisses like they're going out of style. Her tail has two settings: wag and wag harder. Angie is a smart girl who genuinely enjoys learning, especially when it involves treats! She is housebroken, crate trained and leash trained. She sleeps in a crate beside her foster family's bed and can't wait to snuggle into her cozy space at bedtime. Her favorite part of the day is convincing one of her foster dog friends to play chase with her and she would be happiest with a canine brother or sister to wrestle, play, and burn off energy with. A securely fenced yard is also a must. She's not an escape artist, but she can be quite the athlete when properly motivated. While she's not a constant barker, she does have an impressive voice when she decides something is worth announcing, so apartment or shared-wall living is not a good fit. No condos, apartments, or rentals. Because of her age and personality, she isn't looking for a home where she'll spend long days crated and alone. Angie is still a young dog who needs activity, guidance, and people who have time to continue her training and help her grow into the amazing family dog she's already well on her way to becoming. If you're an active family looking for a dog who will happily join hikes, backyard games, road trips, and movie nights with equal enthusiasm, Angie would love to meet you!
