Description

Meet Starla! Starla is a gorgeous 1‑year‑old DMH tabby and white sweetheart with a gentle, affectionate personality. She came to us after spending a few weeks with her finder, who tried everything to locate her family. When no one came forward, they knew this lovely girl deserved the very best—and that’s how she found her way to us.Starla loves gazing out windows, watching birds and sunshine, and soaking up attention from everyone she meets. She absolutely adores being brushed, which is perfect since her longer coat benefits from regular grooming. Her finder fell in love with her quickly, and it’s easy to see why. She’s also wonderful with kids and does well with other cats, making her a great fit for many types of homes. Starla is affectionate, calm, and ready to bond deeply with her new family. If you’re looking for a loving companion who enjoys attention, cozy moments, and a good brushing session, Starla may be the perfect addition to your home.Starla's adoption fee is $50, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet!
