Description

Darlene was rescued from the Austin City Pound on 5/28/26 when no one came to claim her and she was due to be euthanized.  She is a very sweet-minded girl who is probably in the 9 month to 1 year old stage. She came to us very pregnant and unfortunately lost all of her babies.  When she delivered they were dead.  3 kittens remained inside her and we had to have an emergency spay because of infection.  She made it through the surgery and has totally recovered.   She likes people and does fine with the other cats.  Darlene is now spayed and current on shots. She has tested neg for feline leukemia/FIV.  We will adopt this girl as an indoor only cat and the adoption fee is $100.  A pet carrier is required at the time of adoption.  You must be 21 to adopt from MCHS.  Our address is 101 22 ST SE, Austin, MN.  We are located off of I-90 via exit 180B to 218 SOUTH.  We are just past our local airport.  Thanks.
