Description
Ohhh Lovee. This cat holds our heart, because she is a former LOAR kitty who has recently returned to our care. We always take an adoption mis-match as a personal failure, so please PLEASE understand that we will need Lovee's next home to truly be her forever home. She deserves so much more than to be a second choice, or until we have a baby cat, or until we move, and she certainly is not a cat that "you just didn't bond with". Lovee is exceptional, she is as her name suggests so very loving! She is meant to be someone's soul cat, their best friend, their happy end to a long day, their comfort, and their heart. We will find this for Lovee and will not settle for anything short of what she deserves, the best. Lovee is sweet, kind, and generally pretty mellow. She seems to enjoy other cats and does not even seem bothered by some of the younger or rowdier ones. She would also be perfectly happy to be your one and only gal as well. We were told (prior home) that Lovee would do better in a home without young children, as they said it caused her some anxiety. We do not know this from our own experience but agree that maybe a quieter home (without young residents, but visitors would be fine as long as she is able to excuse herself if she prefers) would be preferred by Lovee due to her age and past experience/prior home. We do understand however some children are taught manners or have well developed skills when dealing with animals/pets so obviously we would be open to discussions with any approved adopters. Lovee is simply looking for a soft place to snuggle in, with a sunny window, and a loving person/family to fill her days. If you are looking to give an affectionate adult cat a FOREVER AND EVER home, please consider Lovee. She is truly one of the most beautiful souls in our shelter.
