Bumper is the guy for you if you're looking for a friendly, lovey-dovey guy! Bumper enjoys being held, crawling in laps, and giving you kisses on your chin. Bumper is quite chatty and will let you know when he's ready for attention - basically always! --- Bumper is a 1-year-old short-hair male. His adoption fee is $55. If you are interested in adopting a cat from HSPC, please complete our adoption application. Approved applicants will be contacted within 3 working days for an appointment. We operate by appointment only. Our online application can be found at: https://hspcwi.org/adopt/ All cats adopted through HSPC are spayed/neutered, microchipped, FeLV & FIV tested, and receive core vaccinations (younger kittens may not be fully vaccinated due to age).
