Josephine

Description

Josephine was an amazing mom – very sweet and protective of her babies and amazingly tolerant of their kitty behavior. She never even showed frustration or exasperation with them. She will hiss when feeling threatened and as a warning, but she has never scratched or bitten anyone – she would always back away. Even when touching her very young kittens, she was uncomfortable, but never got in the way. The last couple of weeks that she was in foster she was finally coming out of her shell, talking quite a bit, often being within an arms length. Josephine was perfect with using the litter box from day one, ate both dry and wet food (but loves wet food and treats best) and was not intimidated in the least when meeting dogs.
