Meet Jack!Jack is a handsome 8-year-old grey tabby with a calm, steady presence and a heart full of quiet affection. Heâs past the kitten chaos and perfectly content with the simple comforts of lifeâa cozy bed, a sunny spot to nap, and a kind human nearby.This sweet boy enjoys companionship and will happily keep you company throughout the day, whether that means lounging beside you on the couch or greeting you with gentle curiosity when you walk in the room. Jack has an easygoing personality that makes him a wonderful match for a relaxed, loving home. At 8 years old, Jack still has plenty of love to give and is ready to share his golden years with a forever family who will cherish him. Heâs looking for a place where he can feel safe, settled, and truly at home.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
