Introducing Doe! At just 1 year young, Doe is a gentle, laid-back girl with a heart full of love. Doe is deaf, but don't let that deter you—deaf cats adapt wonderfully and can easily learn visual cues, such as lights being turned on and off. This sweet girl enjoys life's simple pleasures, especially long naps and relaxing in a quiet environment. She is affectionate, calm, and content to spend her days soaking up love from her people. Because of her hearing impairment, busy households with dogs or young children may be overwhelming for her. Doe is looking for a patient, understanding family willing to make a few accommodations and provide the peaceful home she deserves. If you're searching for a special companion with a sweet spirit and plenty of love to give, Doe would love the chance to meet you. Doe’s adoption fee is $145.00 Please complete a non-obligatory application at www.pawsandprayers.org Paws and Prayers cats are spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated, FIV/FeLV tested (neg), dewormed, current on flea/tick prevention, and microchipped at the time of adoption. They are litterbox trained unless otherwise noted. Please be aware we do not walk around standing & holding our shelter cats - this is unnatural to them and we like to keep them as comfortable as possible.
