Available for Adoption: Manchas Meet Manchas, a sweet, gentle boy with a loving heart and a wonderfully goofy personality. While he can be shy and fearful when meeting new people, he warms up quickly once he feels safe. When he was first rescued, his fear was so intense that he would scream when frightened. Thanks to patience, love, and care, he has made incredible progress and now only reacts that way if he feels cornered or extremely scared. Once Manchas trusts you, his affectionate nature shines through. He loves giving gentle kisses, happily climbs into laps for cuddles, and enjoys spending time with his people. He is playful, well-mannered, eager to learn, and very obedient. Manchas already knows several basic commands, including come, sit, down, off, and leave it. He is approximately 90% crate trained and 85% potty trained and continues to improve every day.Manchas would thrive in a home that offers: A securely fenced yard, No small children, as sudden movements can make him nervous, Older, respectful children (8+), A patient family willing to continue building his confidence. He gets along well with:Older children, cats and all dogs. Manchas has come a long way and is ready to find a family who will give him the love, patience, and security he deserves. In return, you'll get a loyal companion who will fill your days with affection, laughter, and endless sweet kisses. He has had 2 vet visits, is neutered, Microchipped, UTD on all vaccinations, had a 4 DX test (testing for Lyme disease and two types of tick-borne illnesses), flea/tick/heartworm prevention (Nexgard Plus), 2 dewormings, and a 1 fecal test. Adopters will receive all original paperwork, a 14-day health guarantee, a collar, harness, leash, seatbelt lock, and a week's worth of food. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis and are by appointment only. We are located in Mesa near Gilbert/Brown & offer flexible hours for meet-and-greet appointments.
