Tank (Darla's litter)

Description

Hi, I'm Tank! I'm a handsome guy weighing around 40–45 pounds, and I'm looking for a family to call my own. I've already learned some great manners, including how to sit, shake, and stay inside when my people are heading out the door. I'm potty trained and pretty good at communicating when I need to go outside. If it's time for a potty break, I'll let you know by whining or barking. I do especially well when I'm taken outside first thing in the morning and after meals. I'm an active dog who gets excited about the outdoors, so I do best being walked on a lead. If given the chance, I may try to make a quick dash out the door to see what adventures are waiting for me! One important thing to know about me is that I don't do well with small furry animals. Because of my strong prey drive, I'd be happiest in a home without rabbits or similar small pets. I'm not sure how I'd do with cats, but it would likely take a very experienced and dedicated owner willing to put in a lot of training and management. I'm smart, loyal, and ready to be someone's best friend.
