Hi!  My name is Chirpie, and I am 6-8 months old.  I was found screaming on a front porch in South Philly.  My finder thinks I was dumped.  On the same block a month earlier, she had found who she believes is my littermate.  He has been adopted, and now it is my turn! I am super sweet and talkative.  I was fostered with a small dog and kitties.  I am a chill kitty and would love to have a fur sibling or two.
