Adoption Fee: $650 Meet Banana Pudding, a 4-5 month old Chug (Chi-Pug) puppy who is equal parts cuddle bug, zoomie champion, and tiny professional shadow. When she first arrived in foster care, she was shy, nervous, and unsure about this whole "new home" thing. Fast forward a short time and Banana has decided that life is amazing, toys are magical, and her humans should never be more than three feet away. If you get up to grab a snack, Banana is coming. Need to use the bathroom? Banana is conducting a supervisory inspection. Walking from one room to another? Congratulations, you've just started a parade and Banana is the grand marshal. One of the funniest things about Banana is watching her discover the world. Her foster mom is pretty sure this may be the first time she has ever had toys because she treats every new toy like she just won the puppy lottery. She pounces, tosses, carries, chews, and proudly parades her treasures around the house. She also enjoys carrying sticks around the yard as if she personally harvested them for an important construction project. Add in her adorable bunny hop run and legendary zoomies, and you have a puppy who provides free entertainment all day long. Banana is exactly what people imagine when they think of a happy puppy. She wakes up ready for adventure, loves playing with other dogs, and can turn an ordinary living room into her personal racetrack. She currently lives with two small dogs and absolutely adores them. One occasionally agrees to play with her, which Banana considers the greatest event in human history. She would likely thrive with another playful dog, but she is equally devoted to her people and forms bonds incredibly quickly. Her favorite place to be is wherever you happen to be. Lap? Perfect. Couch? Perfect. Following you from room to room? Even better. When the fun is over, Banana transforms into a champion snuggler. She loves cuddling while her foster mom works and has mastered the art of melting into your side like a warm little puppy shaped blanket. She is working hard on potty training and crate training and is making great progress every day. Like most puppies, she occasionally makes questionable life choices involving things she shouldn't chew, but she is easily redirected and eager to learn. Here's the problem with Banana Pudding: someone is going to adopt her very quickly. Puppies this sweet, this funny, and this affectionate do not stay available for long. A family is about to hit the jackpot and get a best friend who will make them laugh every day, follow them everywhere, and love them with her whole heart. The only question is whether you'll be the person showing off Banana's bunny hop zoomies to all your friends, or the person staring at her adoption announcement wondering how you let the perfect puppy get away.
