PAULY and his siblings will be arriving at Give a Dog a Home Rescue in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine on Friday 26 June 2026 from our partner shelter in Texas. They have been fostered whilst waiting for transport. We post our available pets across the east coast and Canada and welcome applications from anywhere on the understanding that approved families must be prepared to travel to the rescue in Dover-Foxcroft, Maine to meet and take home their new best friend. Health & Background Estimated date of birth: 19 April 2026 ✅ NEUTERED ✅  Core vaccines (DAPPv, Bordetella, Lepto) up to date - too young for Rabies ✅ Monthly preventatives ✅ Microchipped with 24PetWatch - registered with Free Pet Chip Registry. ⚖️ Weight approx. 10 pounds Foster Report Card Summary: Pauly is a sweet, goofy puppy with a playful personality and an affectionate side that makes him easy to love. Foster describes him as one of the smaller puppies in his litter, but he certainly knows how to make his presence known. He enjoys playing, exploring, spending time outside, and snuggling with his people when playtime is over. Inside the home, Pauly is calm and relaxed, settles down quickly after activity, and balances his playful energy with plenty of downtime. He enjoys being close to his people while still maintaining an independent streak, and foster notes that he is both smart and incredibly cute. As a young puppy, Pauly is still learning the basics and will benefit from continued training and structure. He is currently working on house-training, is still learning commands, and needs additional leash practice. Foster reports that he can be vocal when crated or left alone and may become mildly annoyed by confinement, but he is not destructive and has shown no resource guarding, aggression, or handling concerns. Pauly enjoys being around other dogs and has a playful style that combines soft, bouncy interactions with a more confident and physical approach, making him a fun companion for canine friends who enjoy active play. Foster describes him as "sweet, lounger, and goofy," and believes he would thrive in an active home while still being a great fit for first-time dog owners. Overall, Pauly is a lovable, playful puppy with a wonderful mix of energy, affection, and personality who is ready to grow into an amazing family companion. Our adoption fee's are $550 per dog/pup or $1,000 for two. Adoption Details Location: Dover-Foxcroft, Maine Families must complete and submit an adoption questionnaire.
