Alfie gets along well with other dogs, though like most dogs he has his own opinions about toy sharing and isn’t shy about voicing them with a growl if another dog gets a little too close to something he’s claimed.Alfie came to us after being left behind when his person moved out. His roommates didn’t want to take on his care, so one of them brought him to us instead. It wasn’t his fault, and he’s settling in and doing his best to figure out this new chapter.He’s still a bit timid and is just starting to get comfortable sitting on a lap for any length of time, so he’ll do best with adopters who can give him time and space to build trust at his own pace. He’s not completely potty trained and is actively working on it with his foster.Alfie is neutered, vaccinated, heartworm tested, microchipped, and treated for parasites.
