Meow meet Homefry! He’s a handsome orange tabby with a heart as warm as is name. Homefry was originally trapped behind a grocery store as part of a TNR program. The plan was to neuter him and return him to where he was found, but once he was safely trapped, it became clear he needed help. He had a sizable wound that required treatment and time to heal. During his recovery, another truth came to light - Homefry wasn’t feral at all. He was friendly, affectionate, and eager for attention. He enjoyed being held, welcomed gentle pets, and quickly showed everyone that he was a cat who had known human love before. Somehow, this sweet boy had ended up alone, injured, and trying to survive on his own. Despite whatever happened in his past, Homefry never lost his gentle spirit. He remains loving, trusting, and grateful for every bit of affection he receives. After everything he’s been through, this gentle boy deserves a home where he’ll never feel forgotten again, only loved. Homefry has already spent enough time surviving. Now it’s his turn to simply live - to spend his days soaking up affection, enjoying regularly meals, and reminding his people orange cats really are special!
