At just 2 years old and 12 pounds, Rocky is the perfect little companion with a heart as sweet as can be. This handsome boy was rescued from Georgia after finding himself left behind while all of his former housemates were either adopted or pulled by rescues. Why Rocky was the one left waiting, we may never know… but we do know he deserves a happy ending just as much as they did. Rocky can be a little timid when meeting new people, but give him a little patience and you'll discover a gentle, loving dog who simply wants to feel safe and loved. Once he settles in, his sweet personality shines through. According to his former owner, Rocky is house trained and gets along well with kids, dogs, and even cats, making him a wonderful candidate for many different types of homes. Rocky is microchipped, neutered, and up to date on vaccinations. Now all he needs is a family willing to give him the chance he’s been waiting for.
