Description

Chip is with our partner rescue in LA and can come to NJ with an approved foster or adopter. Meet Chip – your sunshine-loving, blue-eyed best friend in the making. Chip is a 4–5 month old pittie mix who came into rescue with his sister… and while she was scooped up right away, this sweet boy is still patiently waiting for his turn. And honestly? We can’t believe he’s still here. With his stunning blue eyes and goofy, happy personality, Chip is the kind of puppy who makes every day feel a little brighter. He loves nothing more than stretching out in the grass on a sunny day, soaking up the warmth and watching the world go by. It’s his happy place. Chip is already off to a great start with his training. He walks nicely on a leash, is kennel trained, and has even started sitting on command—smart cookie status officially achieved. He’ll also let you know when he needs to go out, which is a huge win in the puppy department. Like any young pup, Chip does have that playful puppy energy and will need a family committed to continuing his training and helping him polish up his manners. He’s eager to learn and loves to please, so with a little consistency (and maybe a few treats), he’s going to grow into an amazing companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate, slightly goofy sidekick who will happily join you for sunny afternoons and everyday adventures, Chip might just be your guy. He’s ready to find his forever home—could it be yours?   He is fixed, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines. His adoption donation is $600.    Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
