Petey is with our partner rescue in LA and can come to NJ with an approved foster or adopter. Meet Petey!   This handsome 2-year-old boy is a fun-loving lowrider with a heart as big as his personality. Petey is the perfect mix of playful and sweet — he’s ready for adventures, loves kids and playtime, and also knows how to settle in for sofa cuddles and quiet time. With his beautiful coloring and lovable nature, Petey is the kind of dog who fits right into family life. He’s fully grown at 26 pounds, making him the ideal size for couch companionship, car rides, and all the fun in between. If you’re looking for a loyal best friend who can keep up with your adventures and then happily snuggle up by your side, Petey may be your perfect match.   He is fixed, micro-chipped, and up to date on vaccines. His adoption donation is $500.    Adopting a dog is a commitment that will require annual veterinary care at a minimum, training, exercise, enrichment, etc. Pet care is not cheap or easy and adopters should consider the costs, time and training prior to adoption. After all these dogs have been through they deserve a loving, committed home.
