RIP NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name: Rip        Best Guess for Breed:   Cavalier King Charles spaniel mix Best Guess for Age:  5 years as of June 2026          SEX:   Male   Approximate Weight:   23 lbs   Gets Along With: Other dogs! We haven't seen him with cats or kids but we are happy to discuss integration techniques with any potential adopters!   Currently Living at:   South Carolina shelter - needs a foster or forever home in the DC area to get up here.   Rip is Looking For:    Through no fault of his own, this sweetie landed in the shelter. He's eager to have her own humans for sniffy walks and world exploration, and best of all - snuggles! Quality kibble and a cushy dog bed are on his wish list as well. Most of all, though, he wants to know where he belongs, to be safe and loved. In exchange - well, look at him! His eyes! You get so many adoring gazes, so much love and loyalty. What do you say?
