Meet Cleo! Cleo arrived at ARC with another kitty after her guardian’s health began to fail. Despite all the changes, she is a gentle, easy-going girl who has adjusted wonderfully.  As you can see, Cleo does not mind being picked up and cuddled—she genuinely enjoys close, comforting attention.
