Screech and Lisa Turtle were quite literally “Saved by the Bell”, found at a local middle school and turned in to the shelter for help at about 4 weeks old. A bit malnourished and not quite weaning age, we don’t know what happened to mom (they could have been dumped), and so they needed a little bit of bottle time to catch up and prepare for weaning. Lisa Turtle got adopted immediately, but Screech has found new foster friends to play with, and would do best with a buddy! He is your classic orange boy - sometimes engaging the brain cell, sometimes not.
