Description
6/14/2026: Hi I’m back unfortunately, as I am growing up I have decided I no longer like the resident cat and my adopter could not make it work so here I am looking for a forever home with out a cat. My estimated DOB is 12/2025. Back story: My sister and I were surrendered to Rowan County shelter and were pulled by Pawfect Match Rescue with only minutes to spare! We had a rough start and are Parvo survivors. My sister has been adopted and now I am just waiting for my furever home. I am learning how to love and cuddle in my new foster home. Watch this space for updates on my personality. Pupdate: Hi, Foster Mom here, I recently took over fostering sweet Abileen. Wow what a good girl. Abileen knows sit, takes treats gently. Loves cats and other dogs. She mostly loves people. She is my little shadow as I work from home. She will lay next to my desk on her bed and play with a toy. If I get up she's following me. She is so close to being fully potty trained but is still a puppy and needs to be watched for signs on needing to go outside. She does not love a crate but does go in willingly and at night for bedtime quiets quickly. She is not a barker unless she hears other dogs bark. She is just the sweetest, cuddliest beautiful little girl. She is obviously a fighter and strong as she fought Parvo and has a clean bill of health now ready for her furever home with you!!! ************************************************************************ The adoption fee is $400, which covers food, vetting, microchip and the spay/neuter surgery performed by a rescue-affiliated vet. All dogs receive a wellness visit and are up to date on shots appropriate for age. Breed and size is Pawfect Match Rescue's best guess and not guaranteed.
