Meet Smudge! This adorable long-haired chihuahua is ready to leap into your life. Smudge was a bit nervous when she first arrived to the shelter, but she is now showing off her love for playing with toys and gobbling up treats. She is also quite the little talker! Smudge wants nothing more than to cuddle up with her favorite person after a good play session or walk.
