But their devoted mama protected her babies, and Katara proved from the very beginning that she had plenty of strength and spirit of her own. Today, Katara is a confident, clever, adventure-loving Shepherd mix with a personality every bit as big as her heart. She is the self-appointed queen of her litter—and honestly, we're pretty sure her siblings got the memo. Katara approaches life with enthusiasm and curiosity. She loves toys, loves to play, and is always ready to investigate whatever might be happening around her. She's smart, engaged, and the kind of pup who will thrive with a family that enjoys keeping both her mind and body busy.
