Jaxon is a 9.5 year old male Shih Tzu who weighs in at 19 pounds.  This dog's adoption fee is $350.  If you are still interested, please read more below. Meet Jaxon! He was surrendered because his family could no longer keep him when their child developed allergies. They had him as a puppy and he doesn’t understand what happened. He is the sweetest dog who walks great on a leash, is housetrained, and won’t go on furniture when told not to. He is great with cats, dogs, and children. He knows basic commands like sit. He truly loves butt rubs and to cuddle. He does not like to be left alone and will cry. He will need to be groomed regularly to keep his coat nicely taken care of. He is looking for a new forever family to go home to. Will you open your heart to this sweet boy? Jaxon is microchipped, up to date on all vaccinations, housebroken, and neutered.  This dog's family will be required to complete a basic obedience course of their choosing.  A meeting will not be scheduled until you have an approved application, so if you are interested in adopting this dog, fill out an Online Application today!  Once your application has been approved, an ARF volunteer will contact you to arrange a meeting.
