Description
Owner fell and broke her spine in several places, EMS called Cass Co Animal Control to come and pick up the dog. Owner will be hospitalized for an extended period of time, then will be in rehabilitaion care for an extended period of time then will be going into assisted living. Owner signed surrender form to the rescue. We took a copy of the surrender to animal control and picked Shelby up from them.
