Hi, I’m Prince!   I’m a handsome 4-year-old guy with bright eyes, a playful spirit, and a serious love for catnip. If there’s a catnip toy nearby, chances are I’ll be the first one to claim it!   I’m friendly, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people. I like attention, playtime, and being involved in whatever is going on around me. Most people who meet me are surprised by what a social and fun cat I am.   I ended up at the shelter after I unexpectedly attacked my owner while they were sleeping. Because of this, I’m looking for a cat-savvy adopter who understands that some cats come with quirks and are willing to take the time to get to know me and help me succeed.   I do well with dogs, but I’m not a match for a home with small children. What I need most is an experienced owner who will appreciate my good qualities, respect my boundaries, and love me for who I am.   If you’re looking for a playful, outgoing companion and have experience with cats who may need a little extra understanding, I just might be the Prince you’ve been waiting for. If you are interested in adopting, applications can be found on our website www.ahimsahaven.org.  Meet and greets are with an approved application by appointment only.   As always, cats that are ready to be adopted are spayed/neutered, have age appropriate shots, are micro-chipped, dewormed/deflead, and FEL/FIV tested.
