PLEASE go to our website www.collarofhope.org to read all information about our puppies, rescue, adoption process and to submit our adoption application.  All of our information does not transfer to the adoption sites. Before completing our adoption application, please consider the following: Is someone home to raise and train a puppy? Do you have a securely fenced yard for the puppy? Can you give a puppy a 15ish year commitment?   This puppy came to us via an eastern WA shelter after being taken from a property with about 45 dogs on it.  They only knew that place so have been shy initially in new places and with new people.  Please expect this if considering one of these dogs/puppies.   Francine has been wonderful, lovable and engaging with women but hasn't done well engaging with men, she's pretty terrified of men.  She's great with other dogs and women.  This dog will require a securely fenced yard, no exceptions.     If you can continue to shower her with love, kindness, training and all she needs and deserves, please submit our adoption application to get the process started.  She is fully vetted now.   Our puppies are or will be neutered, micro-chipped, vaccinated age appropriate (they may need additional vaccines), de-wormed and parasite treated/prevented throughout their time with CoH as a foster puppy.
