Although still nervous, he absolutely loves giving out kisses. Don’t ask how we know… but we know. And so far, he’s the one who, while still not liking the leash, is even better on it than Pocky. He may start out shy, but he warms up fast — and within minutes, you’ll learn just how much he enjoys doling out those sweet kisses.Frankie is looking for the family who will give him the consistency, grace, and forever love he deserves. He previously lived with other dogs and did great. As always, we recommend meet and greets with other dogs and children prior to adoption to ensure the perfect match.
