Hi, I'm Marco, an 11-month-old Cattle Dog mix originally rescued from Georgia. I have a big personality and an even bigger heart on the cutest little T-Rex legs you have ever seen. At 54 lbs, I could benefit from shedding a few but that just means I will be thrilled to have a family who enjoys walks, adventures, and helping me stay active! I pride myself in being a goofball and keeping my people laughing at my antics. I am also an aspiring gardener making sure I explore all the plants every morning and evening. I am crate-trained (and sleep in there at night), housebroken, walk well on leash, and am good with other dogs. I would appreciate a household with older, considerate children only or no children at all only because I can be a bit rambunctious in my play and energy.  Speaking of energy, I do have a good amount of it so I would love a dog savvy household that can continue training me and give me mental  (puzzles, sniffle mats, training, games, etc). and physical activity to get my zoomies out. I love fetch and toys so I hope you have a toybox! I do make a bit of noise sometimes but my foster says it’s all part of my charm but apartment living might not be for me due to that.  I love everyone I meet and happily soak up all the pets, cuddles, and attention people are willing to give. And while I do get along with dogs and currently live with one in my foster home, any pet companion would need to be assertive or have an owner ready to step in to help guide me sometimes as I am still learning social cues and when enough play is enough. My motto in life is you can't go wrong with a happy-go-lucky attitude and mine makes me a joy to be around I'm told. I hope you will meet me and see for yourself.
