His fosters are enamored with him, as he's been both enthusiastic and respectful with his big foster sister. Party Hat is likely going to be a big cat. He was outpacing average kitten weights within weeks of being born, so prepare for a chonky snugglebug! Party Hat needs to be adopted with another kitten or young cat, or into a home with a young and playful resident cat. (Don't have one yet? We're happy to make a match.)
