Petey (A139333) is a 1-year-10-month-old husky mix who weighed 56.2lbs at intake!06/08/26 Petey is back at the shelter and looking for his new home! He was stated to be a true lover but has bundles of energy! He is looking for a home that can meet his energy needs and provide him with plenty of mental and physical stimulation to keep him happy and out of trouble. He was noted to be rough when playing and was known to dig and chew. Petey was said to do well with children, strangers, and adults. However, he does love to jump on people. Petey is said to be kennel-trained and housebroken, but he needs to go outside immediately after eating, or he may have an accident in the house. He does not have experience with babies, or smaller animals such as cats. He was said to be kennel trained and housebroken, but he is used to having a doggie door to go outside when he needs to. He might have some accidents in a new home as he adjusts to the routine. Petey knows some hand commands, but the specifics are not clear.
