His story began in a dirt lot behind an old apartment complex, where he was born to a very young mama dog who simply didn't know how to care for her newborn puppies. Thankfully, we were able to rescue the entire family and give them the safe, loving start they deserved. Now thriving in foster care, Marvin has blossomed into a sweet, social, and happy puppy.
