Description
Because she is adaptable, willing to please, and “easy,” Leesa was selected to be part of a dog training program at a local correctional facility whose goal is to teach dog training skills to inmates. Leesa’s resiliency makes her a great subject, as she is happy to please her handler! she is learning valuable skills, and will be available for adoption! ****** Leesa is a no-drama, low maintenance, friendly dog who is the easy “roll with whatever” type of dog everyone can manage. She is a joy! Just look into her sweet, two-toned blue and hazel-eyed pittie face, and love is reflected. In addition to the unique eye color she sports, she is a lovely, melded color combination of white, ocre, and tan, and knows how to make neutrality work. She has been easy-going since her arrival at the shelter, and we are thrilled with her non-intensity, her ability to handle whatever plate she is handed. Her willingness to be your best friend makes her a dog among dogs that we think would fit easily into any household.
