Bronx (TX) is a female Husky mix rescued in Texas. Our veterinary partner estimates that Bronx is 2 year old at the time of intake in October 2024. Bronx is a sweet, happy-go-lucky girl who gets along beautifully with people and other dogs. Found malnourished and in rough shape, Bronx has made an incredible comeback and is now thriving.Don’t let the “tripod” label fool you — Bronx doesn’t even seem to realize she has three legs! Her spirit is infectious, her attitude is unstoppable, and she approaches life with confidence and joy. Her foster mom reports that Bronx is crate trained and truly enjoying life. She loves being around her people, gets along well with other dogs, and carries herself like a dog with absolutely no plans of slowing down. Bronx likes to grab you with her paws when you pass by her, is always asking for belly rubs and loves car rides (she's so good in the car!). Her special skills are arranging her toys around her like a nest and her singing voice. Despite her early challenges, Bronx is resilient, loving, and full of personality.
