Description

Meet Hemlock! Hemlock is a sweet 3‑month‑old, all‑black kitten with a big personality tucked inside his tiny frame. He came to us when he was only a few days old and has been lovingly raised in a foster home until he was old enough to be fixed. Now he’s ready to step out into the world and find his forever family.Hemlock can be a little shy when you first meet him—he might even give a tiny puff to show he’s unsure—but give him a few seconds and he melts into a playful, cuddly companion. Once he decides you’re safe, he’s all in.Because he’s still young, Hemlock does great with kids, cats, and dogs. He’s adaptable, curious, and eager to bond with his new people. If you’re looking for a kitten who starts out cautious but quickly becomes your shadow, Hemlock might be the perfect match.Hemlock's adoption fee is $75, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful. If you are interested in meeting any of our animals, we encourage you to first visit our website and submit an adoption application: https://www.acskc.org/adopt-1Once your adoption application has been approved, we will call you to set up an appointment to meet with the pet! We welcome adopters from out of state to apply! _When it comes to our pets, we're all-inclusive!
