A HANDSOME YOUNG FELLOW:  Approx. 2 years old / Approx. 16 lbs. Hi there, I’m Jacoby!  I’m a handsome little dude who somehow found myself at animal control, and I’m so grateful to be with Mostly Mutts now.  I’m enjoying my time with the wonderful volunteers and can’t wait to meet my new family and start living a great life!  • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I haven’t officially met other dogs at Mostly Mutts, but I came in with a couple of other dogs, so if you have a nice dog at home already, let’s meet! / Cats unknown. / I haven’t met kids yet, so let’s meet and best no toddlers that may fall on me. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL:  I’m a cute, friendly, and incredibly sweet boy who just needs a little time to feel comfortable with new people and new situations, but once I warm up, my sweetheart personality shines through.  I walked right out of my kennel and did great for my bath, nail trim, and even enjoyed being wrapped up in a towel and held afterward.  I was a little hesitant about walking on grass at first, but with some gentle encouragement, I gave it a try.  Patience and gentle words sound like the way to go with me. / Energy level:  Currently 3-5, though this may increase as I get more comfortable.      • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY:  I'm in the Mostly Mutts University training program and look forward to learning a lot with my trainer!  Check back soon to see what I've learned and let's continue my training with the free lifetime training classes that Mostly Mutts offers for all their adopted dogs! / I’m doing well in my crate at Mostly Mutts. / My potty manners have been good on the shelter schedule.    • LIKES/DISLIKES:  I love cheese, whether it's a special treat or a clever way to help me take medication.  I also enjoy spending time with nice, gentle people who help me feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I’m sure we’ll discover lots of things we will enjoy doing together in my new home. / Other than being rushed into new situations and relationships, I can’t think of any dislikes and like all dogs, I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, and training. • MEDICAL:  I'm current on annual vaccinations, micro-chipped and neutered. I’m a wonderful fellow looking for a wonderful family to love and be loved by.  My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
