Description

Meet Yoko — the Chorkie with a Heart of Gold   This wee little Chihuahua–Yorkie mix weighs just 8 pounds and is 3 years old, but her personality fills the room. Yoko is the perfect companion — happiest curled up beside her foster mom on the sofa or exploring the garden sunshine.   Though she’s a bit timid at first, Yoko’s confidence blossoms more each day. She absolutely adores her canine foster sister — the two love to play, chase, and discover new corners of the yard together. Watching Yoko learn that the world is a wonderful place is pure joy.   If you’re ready for a gentle, loyal friend to share life’s cozy moments and adventures, take this journey together with Yoko.   Yoko is being fostered in Lafayette. Grateful Dogs Rescue incurs substantial veterinary and other expenses in rescuing our dogs. In order to recoup some of these costs, we request a tax-deductible donation for each adoption. The suggested donation for Yoko is $300. If you are interested in adopting Yoko, please complete our online adoption application at https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/adoption-process/ . One of our volunteers will get back to you. Adoptions are local, confined to the SF Bay Area. See our other available dogs at  https://www.gratefuldogsrescue.org/available-dogs/
