Description
Heya! My name is Mai, and I’m a two month old tortoiseshell and white girl kitten with blue eyes! I absolutely love playtime, it is the best. I also like to be held and cuddled and given lots of snuggles, especially if I am getting sleepy. I am told I have really unique coloring and that that is a good thing so I hope it is. Especially because right now I have tested positive for FIV+, and while I probably only tested positive because my mom had it and I got temporary antibodies from her, I need to be retested when I’m six months or older before we’ll know for sure. That means it is a little harder for me to get adopted, and that whoever adopts me has to commit to keeping me an inside only cat, because if it turns out I am really FIV+, while it is unlikely I will give it to any other cats, it does mean that my immune system would not be as strong and so I would maybe get sick if I encounter outdoor cats. But enough about that! I am a really happy girl and very friendly and there are a couple of other kittens and cats in the same situation as me so if you wanted more than one cat, you could adopt us together! The adoption fee covers the following: spay or neuter surgery; one-year rabies vaccine; feline or canine distemper vaccine; heartworm test (dogs) or combo (fiv/felv) test (cats); deworming; and microchip.
