Description
RUBY â Ready for a New BeginningBrought in as a stray with no ID tag, no microchip, and no way to contact a family if she had one, Ruby completed her stray hold safely in a kennel. She appeared on our website, as all strays do, but no owner ever came to claim her.She isnât looking back, though. Now this little one is officially available for adoption.Because she was a stray, our information is limited, so we are learning what we can about this 5-month-old pup who appears to have some German Shepherd in her. Since arriving, she has been tested with a slightly taller spayed female. Ruby was cautious at first, but once her new friend showed off her zoomies and play bows, Ruby quickly joined in. It became one of the highlights of our day watching this sweet girl break out of her shell. She did get a little nervous when her new friend sniffed her more than she preferred, but she handled it well for a young puppy. As she becomes more comfortable with her surroundings and the people around her, she will continue to relax and open up. She is a sweet pup who will thrive with a family willing to offer patience, consistency, and love.If you can provide Ruby with the home she deserves, please come meet her in person when we open tomorrow, Friday, June 5 at 12 p.m. She is available for adoption, and we are a first-come, first-served, in-person adoption center.Adoption Fee: 80Ruby / A3185315 months old ⢠Spayed female ⢠27.20 poundsAll adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on age-appropriate vaccines and preventatives.
