Miss Nanook is a happy girl! She is the politest girl ever!   She is definitely a couch potato too! She is a pretty chill gal and is good with dogs on proper into. She can be barky on a leash, but once the leash is off she is great.  She does need a feline free home. She is good with kids too! She does seem to have an older leg injury that only appears when she walks or runs alot.  She does walk well on a leash but doesnt like to go very far.  She is definitely a snuggler and likes to be around her people.  She does have separation anxiety so would do best if someone is home alot.  If she does need to be home alone, she should be crated and we give an over the counter calming treat 30 minutes before leaving - and she does great.   She unfortunately did have a couple of lumps on her nipples.  We had them removed and biopsied. It is cancer, but it's not evasive. It does mean that they could come back - but the vet felt they are a slow growing so we may not see them for 2-3 yrs. If that happens, they will be removed again.   She doesn't need any chemo or radiation and except for her scar on her belly, she looks great! She would love a forever home where she can just be a dog.  She would love to be queen but can share the home with a calm dog.  The rescue will pay for any future tumor removals if our vet is used.   She is also sponsored so there is $100 off her adoption fee thanks to a wonderful supporter!
