She came to HumaneCNY with her brother Eustace after being removed from a home with 21 dogs, and while her start in life was limited, her future is full of possibility.Edna is gentle, sensitive, and still figuring out what it means to simply be a dog. She truly enjoys human interaction and finds comfort in kind, patient people — it’s the big, unfamiliar environment around her that can feel a little overwhelming right now.Having spent her early life indoors, the outdoors is new territory for Edna, and she approaches it with a bit of uncertainty. But with calm encouragement and a steady presence, she’s already showing that she wants to learn.Edna doesn’t need perfection — she just needs someone willing to go at her pace, celebrate the small wins, and show her that the world is a safe and happy place.
