Meet Perci! He's been in a foster home for several weeks with his sister, Pebble. His foster family describes him as a purr bucket who loves to be pet. He’s super playful and loves to play with toys. This silly boy also loves to stare at you and smell your eyelashes.Perci is a bit shy in new situations so it'll be important his new family gives him a quiet place to relax and time to adjust to his new surroundings.
