Description

Meet Honeydukes! Honeydukes is a delightful 9‑month‑old kitten who came to us as a stray and has spent some time in quarantine recovering from ringworm. While ringworm sounds scary, it’s actually a very common fungus in shelters — cats can come in with it already, or it can appear after the stress of entering a new environment. They can even pick it up from other animals or people. But Honeydukes is leaving all of that behind and stepping confidently into her teenage cat era.Now that she’s healthy and ready for her next chapter, Honeydukes is excited to see what life has in store for her. She’s wonderfully social with other cats, and thanks to her young age, she could also do well with a respectful dog who understands how to interact gently with cats.Honeydukes is incredibly cuddly — the moment you touch her, she starts purring like a tiny engine. If you stop petting her too soon, she’ll reach out with her paw to pull your hand back, politely insisting on more affection. She’s the kind of kitten who wants to be close, loved, and part of your daily routine. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate, and playful young cat who will happily soak up all the love you have to give, Honeydukes might be your perfect matchHoneyduke's adoption fee is $0, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption. Please note: All of our animals are spayed/neutered and up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations. Each pet also receives a behavioral assessment to help us better understand the type of home they may thrive in. However, it’s important to remember that the results may not fully reflect an animal’s true personality, as shelter and foster environments can be stressful.Honeydukes's adoption fee is $0, which helps support their medical care and preparation for adoption.
