Description
Carrot is part of the litter of root veggies born to Jane Coldren in early September of 2025. He and his brother Parsnip are near-clones of their mother, all fluffy and orange. Parsnip got very sick and had to be separated from the others for treatment, but is turning out sweet, playful, and affectionate. Carrot was a spicy kitten who has become a wild young cat who wants all the attention, treats, and toys, but will try to play with you HIS way. Carrot is definitely the evil twin. Turnip and her sister Rutabaga are petite short-haired tabico twins with very different personalities. Although both girls are playful and athletic, as well as very social with other cats in their community room, Rutabaga is the goofy affectionate social one with people. Turnip is more reserved and does not appreciate being handled. Her first instinct is always to run away, but if you find her in a comfortable spot, she will accept pets and enjoy them! Carrot would be a great cat by himself, but he would also love a playmate of similar friendly playfulness. Carrot is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on vaccinations. As always, cat/kitten adoptions are free-will donation to approved applicants. ****The first step in the adoption process is to complete the application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org****
