‘DETECTIVE’ THEMED PUPPY: Approx. 2 months old / Approx. 3 lbs. & growing Hi there, I’m one of the wonderful Detective themed puppies that came to Mostly Mutts from animal control at just 6 weeks old. I’m so grateful to be with Mostly Mutts now and I’m having tons of fun in my foster home and counting down the days until I find my new family! If you're looking for a playful, loving, and social companion, I may just steal your heart. • OTHER DOGS/CATS/KIDS: I love my sibling and the adult dog in my foster home and would likely enjoy another dog in my new home if you have a nice doggie that would like a puppy friend, so let’s meet! / I get along well with the kitty in my foster home. All cats are different, so I’m not sure how another kitty would feel about me. / I haven’t met kids in my foster home, so let’s meet and best no very young kids that may fall on me as I’m very small. • PERSONALITY/ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a tiny puppy who is full of energy, curiosity, and personality! I love exploring the world around me, showering everyone with puppy kisses, and jumping into playtime whenever the opportunity arises. One of my best qualities is how social I am – I seem convinced that every person and animal I meet is a potential new best friend! I’m friendly, affectionate, and always eager to make new connections, making every day an exciting adventure filled with fun, friendship, and lots of tail wags. / Energy level: 5-7. • SKILLS/CRATE/POTTY: I’m looking for a family that will teach me everything I need to know to grow up and become a wonderful adult dog – including starting to train me not to chew on you and the kids so we’ll all be happy – so get ready for some training with your new best friend. Mostly Mutts offers free lifetime training classes for all their adopted dogs, so let’s do some training together once I’ve had all of my puppy shots. / I have done well sleeping in my crate along with a sibling, though there will likely be an adjustment period in my new home. / I’m doing well with paper training in my little area and have started my outside potty training with my foster family, but I’m just a baby, so I’ll need my new family to potty train me in our yard. Please stay close by as the birds of prey could take interest in me since I’m so small. • LIKES/DISLIKES: I love belly rubs, playing with my sibling, exploring, and going on little puppy adventures! Slippers are especially fascinating to me, and like any puppy, I enjoy chewing on things while I’m teething. The good news is that I’m easily redirected and respond well to gentle guidance as I learn what’s okay to chew and what isn’t. Every day is a new adventure, and I’m always ready for fun! / Other than the vacuum cleaner – which is a bit suspicious, I can’t think of things I don’t like yet, though like all dogs I’m sure I wouldn’t like it if I didn’t get enough love, attention, exercise, and training. • MEDICAL: I've started my puppy shots, but you will have to finish these for me as I grow. I’m also micro-chipped, but I’m a bit too small to be neutered right now, so I’ll be neutered in a few months with the Mostly Mutts veterinarian – so local adoption only. If you’re ready for the fun and excitement of having a puppy as well as the training commitment, then let’s meet! My adoption fee is $299.00, and I’m located in Kennesaw, Ga.
