Meet Storm!Meet our beautiful 3-year-old black cat, a sweet and loving girl searching for a place to call home. With her shiny ebony coat and gentle personality, Storm is the perfect combination of elegance and affection.She enjoys spending time with her people, whether that means relaxing nearby, accepting head scratches, or keeping you company throughout the day. At three years old, Storm is past the kitten stage but still has plenty of playful moments and curiosity to share. This lovely girl is ready to leave shelter life behind and settle into a home where she can feel safe, loved, and cherished. In return, she'll offer companionship, purrs, and the quiet comfort that only a cat can provide.Storm is on-site and available for introductions during open adoption hours. The adoption paperwork can be completed now with your new pet able to go home as soon as the spay/neuter procedure has been completed.Adoptable cats/kittens are spayed/neutered, started on core vaccines per shelter protocols, microchipped, FIV/FeLV tested, and started on monthly preventatives. Adoptions hours (no appointment needed) are M/T/W/F 10 am - 12:30 pm and 2 pm -4 pm; TH 10 am -12:30 pm and 2 pm -6:30 pm, and SAT 9 am -1 pm. To schedule an appointment outside of those hours, and/or to learn more information regarding a particular animal, please call the Feline Department at 410-848-4810 ext 816. If no one answers, please leave a detailed message with your name and phone number, and the call will be returned by end of business Monday - Friday.Adopters can prepare for their visit by being 18 years of age or older, having permission from their landlord to bring a new pet into their household, having some form of ID that shows their current address, and by bringing a suitable carrier to take their new companion home in. The adoption fee can be paid using cash, debit or credit and is based on age: Cats 1 year and younger are $75; cats 2 years to 7 years are $50; and 8 years and older are $25.
