Marshmallow is a 4-year-old Goldendoodle who weighs 38 pounds and is searching for a family willing to help him discover that the world isn't such a scary place. Like some of the best marshmallows, he's a little soft and squishy on the inside, and he needs time to warm up to new people and experiences. A patient home that moves at his pace will help Marshmallow build confidence and learn to trust. While he may not be the first dog to run up and introduce himself, there's something special about earning the trust of a shy dog and watching them come out of their shell. With understanding, kindness, and a little time, Marshmallow is sure to make steady progress and become a cherished companion.  His minimum adoption fee is $300 plus a $15 fee, if 4 months or older, for rabies registration for McLean County residents. He has been neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm checked, dewormed, and is on flea and heartworm preventatives.
