Description
Available for Pre-Adoption Only: Adopters must be prepared to commit to and finalize the adoption before meeting their new puppy. Puppies will be available for pickup on June 29th. Meet Cream Soda, a confident, curious, and intuitive young pup who is just as sweet as his name implies! According to his Texas foster, he is an incredibly adaptable boy who could fit into just about any home, making him a wonderful match for first-time owners. He absolutely loves kids of all ages, gets along beautifully with other dogs, and is doing a fantastic job learning to keep a respectful distance from the senior cat in his foster home. Cream Soda has a moderate energy level, meaning he loves daily playtime but is just as happy to curl up for a good nap. When it comes to other pups, his playstyle is rough, rowdy, and vocal—he loves full-body wrestling, chasing, and practicing his best puppy barks. He is a total toy fanatic whose absolute favorite activity is a game of tug-of-war. He is also a perfect, calm gentleman during car rides and shows zero issues with food aggression or touch sensitivities. As a young puppy, Cream Soda is still working on his house-training and leash skills, and he is currently learning his basic commands. He is currently sleeping through the night from 9 PM to 6 AM in a dedicated laundry room and hallway. He can be a bit vocal or mischievous if he gets bored or left alone for too long, so an active family who can keep him engaged or provide a dog sibling to keep him company would be ideal. If you are looking for a sweet, confident pup who knows exactly what he wants, Cream Soda is ready to bring a lot of love into your life! This dog is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. (Please note: Puppies under 3 months old may not be sterilized prior to adoption. If this is the case, your adoption coordinator will provide guidance on the process.) To adopt or learn more about this dog, you must complete an adoption application, which can be found on our website: www.sandypawsrescue.com. PLEASE READ: • If a dog or puppy is listed, they are currently available for adoption. However, they may already be pending an adoption, and their profile may not yet reflect this. • All information is accurate to the best of our knowledge as of the posting date. • Unless explicitly stated, Sandy Paws Rescue does not guarantee the breed of any dog. Breeds listed are educated guesses made by shelter staff, volunteers, or veterinarians. Many of our dogs are mixed breeds, often with pit bull-type genetics, resulting in a wide variety of physical traits and temperaments. Our dogs come from various situations, such as kill shelters, owner surrenders, or as strays. It is likely both parents were mixed breeds as well. Sandy Paws Rescue does not have a public shelter in Massachusetts. Our dogs reside in private foster homes or boarding kennels in the South until adopted. Many dogs are spoken for prior to transport or release from state-mandated isolation. For information on adoption fees, procedures, or FAQs, visit our website: www.sandypawsrescue.com. The FIRST step in adopting from Sandy Paws Rescue is to submit a completed adoption application.
