Foster or forever home wanted, meet Kippy. Kippy landed in the overcrowded Palmdale shelter when her mom passed away. Sadly, the family chose to surrender her to the shelter instead of trying to keep her. We knew the odds were stacked against her being a 6 year old black dog in a very overcrowded shelter, so we rushed to get her out. Kippy is a very sweet, gentle and calm dog that will shower you with love and only ask for some belly rubs in return.
